A healthy diet first means a balanced diet. Every kind of nutrition should be added to the list. Therefore, we should take in various foods, for example, meat for protein, vegetables and fruit for vitamins and cellulose, wheat and corn for calaries. In the second place, a healthy diet means proper amounts and regularity. Overeating always causes problems like obesity and heart disease. And a feast in the middle of the night will disturb the metabolism of the body. All in all, just pay attention to what and when you eat and how much of it!
