其实如果你发给个外国人看的话他会晕的.事情太绕了,不用写得那么复杂,基本上就把结果告诉他就可以了.
第一句就写 I'm sorry that I didn't make myself clear on the last proof (其实proof到底是个啥,如果你想说样品的话sample比较清楚）, and I've attached a revised figure for your reference now.
Last time开始后面我没搞懂,你说的是你之前发了附件太大他收不到,后来又说徐教授在你之后重发了,最后却是说你从对方生产部收到了邮件,到底是谁给谁发了超大附件这个逻辑我没有理清楚.
然后就跟其他回答的同学说的一样了,Thank you so much for your help. 就行了

只要不产生歧义，不必太在意语法，想想我们写中文的时候会考虑这些吗。

两个语法错误，不过不影响意思。 I sent the new figure because there 【is】 something ：应为was ，还有because it seems that the email with large attachment often 【fail】 to be received.：应为fails。
最后一句是中式英语，别人大概能知道你意思，但地道的说法...
