My favorite way to relax is by taking a short walk with my ipod on, which kills 3 birds with one stone. First I get to listen to my favorite music, shutting any noises out. Second, I get to exercise and get my vitamin D by walking in the sun. Third, I can be away from the classroom, the source of all my stress.
