镁合金是最轻的工程结构材料,具有密度低、比强度和比刚度高等特点,被广泛应用于汽车、电子等领域,要扩大镁合金的应用范围,提高其力学性能是十分重要的一项十分关键因素.有研究表明,当AZ91中加入0.4%Ca、0.3%Sr时,可有效细化晶粒,从而提高其力学性能.本课题选用AZ91-0.4%Ca-0.3%Sr为基础材料,研究了合金元素 Gd、Y的单独添加对AZ91D-0.4%Ca-0.3%Sr镁合金组织的影响及T4和T6处理下的影响.通过拉伸试验和布氏硬度测试 ,测试不同条件下镁合金的硬度和抗拉强度,并利用光学电子显微镜观察了材料在不同状态下的显微组织特征.结果表明:Gd、Y在一定范围内的添加均能细化铸态AZ91D-0.4%Ca-0.3%Sr镁合金的晶粒,提高合金的硬度和抗拉强度,且Gd含量为3%时综合力学性能得到最优值.对添加了稀土元素后的合金进行T4和T6处理可以提高合金的抗拉强度及硬度.

Of rare earth elements added to the T4 and T6 alloy processing can improve the tensile strength and hardness.
