1.One man's health consists of psychological health and physical health.To ensure that we can keep ourselves psychologically healthy,we need to have an optimistic attitude.We should have a pair of observant eyes so that the beauty of life can be fully discovered.In this way,our life will be filled with surprises and happiness.We will be active people and will be vigorous all the times.Hence,it is significant to have an optomistic attitude to keep us psychologically healthy.
2.Nowadays,more and more people realised that we need to develop a low-carbon life to save our earth.However,what most people do not know is that how to have a low-carbon life.Actually,we can start from details.For example,we can share a car with our colleagues when we go to work or try to replace the car with a bicycle.We should believe that having a low-carbon life is not only good for us,but also for our offsprings.

1.Being happy and staying active will help keep me psychologically healthy. I will always try to look on the brighter side of things and not be a downer(悲观者). By making others and myself happy, my mind will be healthy. I will be satisfied and feel calm. When playing sports and staying active, I will not only relieve the energy from my body, but also from my mind. I will use up all my energy each day and when I feel tired I will rest. I will live each day to the fullest and enjoy my life.
2.Saving energy and keeping only the essentials is my way of decreasing green house gas and living a low-carbon life. I will try to support organic foods and alternative ways of enery. Instread of always taking the bus or car, I will ride my bike or walk. I will not buy junk food, because foods that are not organic or grown locally are an even bigger cause of green house gas then cars. Living a low-carbon life means to help the earth, so on my free time, I will do more around the community, by planting trees or growing a garden where there will be no toxins used.
