"We don't need no education." 就是我们不需要教育的意思.
Double negative is not grammatical but it was initially used amongst native speakers who were uneducated.Later on,it became a way to emphasize an expression for many native speakers even though it is still incorrect grammatically and illogical.Many people regard double negative as a characteristic of Black English in the US.
Pink Floyd used it in purpose.It brought an impression that the song was the voice for those who didn't fit in the education system or so-called "uneducated".
