He sent me to convience you, if i failed, i would have to send you another email for this issue, and that means i would had fired by then. My colleague would continue my work to communicate and convince you.

I'm terribly sorry! I just called my boss to ask him somrthing about that peremptorily. He said he would absolutely never agree with C.O.D. And he also said that was not CIF it's FOB. The cargoes will accord with C.O.D as soon as they got on the cargo ships. （不知道COD是啥 “符合”我只用的是accord with 你自己再斟酌下） He made me convince you. If it doesn't work ,i‘ll give you another E-mail.Meanwhile it means i'll have my dimission. Then my colleague will communicate with you and convince you.

Apology, i just had an emergency call with my boss, he disagreed about COD,because he said this is FOB but not CIF,it must conform COD when the goods process to shipping.
