论文摘要 论文英文摘要 复杂环境样品中持久性有机污染物(POPs)的分析方法是当今POPs研究的热点之一,而样品预处理研究又是POPs分析的重点.开发绿色样品预处理技术,是该领域的发展趋势. 1)研究确定了同时测定2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP),4-氯联苯(4-PCB)和六氯苯(HCB)的气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)分析条件,还确定了同时测定2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP),2,4,6-三氯酚(2,4,6-TCP)和五氯酚(PCP)三种氯酚的GC-ECD分析条件; 2)研究了用亚临界水萃取技术选择性萃取土壤中三种不同极性的污染物,2,4-DCP, 4-PCB,HCB.该方法用于实际样品中的HCB萃取,通过改变萃取温度,可以去除其它污染物对HCB测定的影响,测定结果与索氏提取-GC分析结果吻合较好; 3)确定了土...
