make a speech here.Today my topic is “I love you,China.”
Since the day I was born,I began to have a proud
name―Chinese.Since the day I began to talk,the most beautiful sentence I’ve
ever learnt has been “I love you,China!”
I love you,China,and I’m so proud of being a
Chinese.I’m proud that I’ve got the beautiful yellow skin,black eyes and
black hair.I’m also proud that I speak the most beautiful language in the
world―Chinese.
I love you,China,for I can feel the deep love
you give me every day,every minute.Last year,I got an opportunity to visit
the West street in Yangshuo.During my staying there,A friend of my father’s
in England
once invited my family to dinner.While at ,he looked at me and asked:“Little
boy,how many English words do you know?” “About four thousand,” I answered,
“How amazing you are!” he said,“ you were living in China all the time,how can you
learn so many English words?” I smiled and told him proudly that all the
students in China
are able to learn English at school.I saw his surprised eyes and said to
myself,“I’m proud of you,China
”

（1）首先beautiful可以用wonderful替换减少一些重复.
倒数几段里面：
（2）During my staying there：
stay本身可以作名词,表示停留,不用staying的.
（3）a friend of my father’s in England once invited my family to dinner.
个人觉得因为前面有了during“在……期间”,所以后面once可以去掉（可能钻牛角尖了）.
（4）you were living in China all the time
一般说“在某个地方住了多久,现在不住了”用“sb lived in sp for XXX years”,“在某个地方住了多久,现在还住在那里”用“sb has been living in sp for XXX years”.这里你选一个说就可以了.
（5）surprised eyes
表达“惊讶的眼神（表情）”用surprised look更好.
