We found a couple of problems using the equipment we purchased from your company as follows:




After first 24 hours power charge,the equipment only ran for nearly 5 minutes and  its screen went blackout.We tried to reboot it but failed.


After second 24 hours power charge,it was successfully turned on but went blackout again after 5 hours working. 



Will you please let me know the cause of these problems?

We purchase the equipment from your company, after a day's charge, can only use black screen for 5 minutes or so, can't boot, again after one day, to boot using 5 hours or so, could you tell me the causes of failure?

starts to use about 5 minute and turn black screen after completed to charge one day,
later, however, no way to reboot anymore. In addition, even though charging one day again,
it's just to work some 5 hours. So we wish you could show us the reasons why
such faults always appear in the machine and how let one work normally.
