The design of digital broadcasting server software studied in this paper which is based on Linux embedded platform, is an novel utilization of embedded system technology. It introduced a new ARM platform and embedded Linux operating system to analysis TPC principle of communication and design communication server according to multithreading Socked Programme coding and TPC data transfer protocol comprehensively. Based on this server program is transplanted into development board to perform serial communication on the development board.
