其实在这次深圳的培训期间,让我感触最深的还是同事之间的沟通、交流与团队协作.记得当时公司组织了我们与番禺油田的前辈们进行一场篮球比赛.在这场比赛中我们互相协作互相鼓励,尽自己的能力配合球队.那时我们相处时间并不长,彼此协调方面依然有些生疏,然而我却感觉到了我们对胜利的渴望的一致性.虽然最后我们输了,但是我却看到了前辈们互相之间的那种配合,那种无私,那种把自己融入到一个团队里的精神.而在专业英语课上,老师为了让我们更好地学习专业词汇,将我们分成了两组,一组同学手持单词,另一组同学手持单词的定义,然后通过表达自己的对单词、对定义的理解来找到那位配对的同学.这要求我们在提高英语表述能力的基础上学会勇于表达自己,在理解他人词汇定义中懂得去倾听,去分析.而这就是一种沟通,这就是一种交流.在生产安全的课程学习过程中,老师给我们展示一个事故案例-英国北海采油平台爆炸.而事故起因是平台各部门在生产的过程中并没有沟通好,合作好,让未修好的设施投入工作,最终导致了惨剧.每个人都不可能是完美的,但是你可以让你身边的人来弥补你的不足.而部门之间也一样,只有通过良好的沟通,互相监督,互相协作,才能为企业创造出最大的价值.
