gone是瞬间动词，不能用完成时

不对看着没错，可是读起来真别扭！！好像没有这个语法啊……

when是什么时候，是表示瞬间的疑问词，have gone 是完成时，互相矛盾，说不通，应该用过去时或者将来时，例如when did they go there?他们什么时候去的那儿。when will they go there?他们将在什么时候去那儿？

他们去那是瞬间的，你也可以说他们在那多久了，这个可以用完成时，理论上你写的没有多大错误，但就是不符合一些习惯
