铁路信号系统是保障铁路运输安全的重要基础设备.随着电子技术的发展,铁路信号产品越来越多以集成电路为核心,其可靠性特性和对系统的影响发生了根本变化,因此使用可靠性工程理论对信号设备进行可靠性研究,是保障铁路安全与运输效率的重要手段.
本文针对ZPW-2000A无绝缘移频轨道电路的可靠性进行研究.ZPW-2000A型轨道电路被广泛应用在自动闭塞系统中,已成为保证列车行车安全的重要铁路信号基础设备.由于ZPW-2000A是在法国UM71无绝缘轨道电路技术引进、国产化基础上结合国情进行的技术再开发,所以给出的可靠性指标较为模糊.因此本文采用可靠性工程理论来研究ZPW-2000A的系统可靠性,具有重要的研究价值和意义.本文着眼于对系统建立可靠性框图和故障树模型,结合《GJB/Z 299B-98电子设备可靠性预计手册》,分析各个模块可靠性参数,对整个系统进行可靠性预计.针对系统模块分析其失效模式和后果分析,作为对故障树模型的扩充.
本文从理论上对系统进行可靠性分析,应用美国瑞蓝公司系列软件中的BlockSim,建立ZPW-2000A系统的可靠性框图与故障树模型,对各个模块的可靠性参数做出预计,通过Blocksim进行仿真模拟,得到相关参数.针对发送器N+1结构和接收器0.5+0.5结构进行模拟仿真.同时对系统模块进行故障模式影响分析,形成FMEA报告,这作为对故障树的补充和完善.
