调速系统工作不稳定是电厂汽轮机设备经常发生的问题之一,也是目前调节系统中最突出的一个问题之一,其主要表现形式就是机组空负荷运行时转速摆动,带负荷运行时负荷摆动,这种摆动有周期性的也有非周期性的,有连续的也有间断的,有定点的（即只在某一负荷下摆动）也有非定点的,这种摆动造成了机组并列电网困难,威胁设备的安全运行,甚至影响电网周波的稳定.引起调节系统工作不稳定的因素很多,所表现的征象也各不相同,消除这一设备缺陷,通常需要进行详细的系统试验,观察和认真的分析研究,才能去伪存真,抓住主要矛盾,从而使问题得到及时的解决.

The velocity modulation system work unstable is one of questions which the power plant steam turbine equipment occurs frequently,also is in at present governing system one of most prominent questions,its main manifestation is when the unit spatial load movement rotational speed swinging,has when the load movement shoulders swinging,this kind of swinging has periodically also has the aperiodicity,has continual also has interrupted,has the fixed point (i.e.only to swing under some load) also has the non-fixed point,this kind of swinging created the unit compound electrical network to be difficult,threatens the equipment the safe operation,even affected the electrical network cycle the stability.Causes the governing system work unstable factor to be very many,displays the sign is also various,eliminates this equipment flaw,usually needs to carry on the detailed system test,the observation and the earnest analysis research,can eliminate the false and keep the true,holds the principal contradiction,thus enable the question to obtain the prompt solution.
