5. Escalade risk or operating issues to team leader or other operational issues.
6. Backup for other operation unit when necessary.
7. Understand the up-to-date guidelines & internal control procedures, no matter internal, group, or regulatory requirements.
8. Assist the line manager for process simplification suggestion/recommendation

Job:
