Some students spend much time on electronic devices, such as playing computer games, watching films and so on. I think Eric Schmidt’s advice is very useful.（ I agree his advice. ）In my opinion, having more time to talkface-to-face with their friends and parents（ are all ）very important. Of course, playing computers games can also relax ourselves.（So everything is moderate.）

with 加个 all 去掉
双引号，和句号
我觉得：
第一个地方最好是去掉，agree后边接的介词太多，也太复杂，有的时候用法没错，但是老师也会觉得别扭。如果硬要加，那就变成agree to。
第二个地方，主语是跟父母和朋友谈谈这件事儿，所以应该是单数形式，用is。
第三个地方我也不知道了，就是觉得moderate这么用起来很别扭。...
