一般不用do not need这种句型.need在否定或是疑问句中一般自己作为助动词,不需要加其他的助动词.

There being 是什么结构? There was不行吗?
用作完成时态的时候一般不用你说的句型的
是这样的，need有情态动词和实意动词两种。情态动词后直接加动词原型，如原体。实意动词的用法：need doing sth ,need to be done .只有这两种。其它都是错的。如你所用，do not need 就是十一动词的用法。符合规则就可以得。
