企业核心能力理论是当今管理学、经济学交叉融合的最新理论成果之一,企业核心能力已经成为企业持续竞争优势的重要来源.加入WTO后,中国企业能否抓住机遇,应对挑战,关键在于能否提高企业的核心能力.促进技术创新,加强管理创新,以及推动制度创新,如何提高企业核心能力日益受到企业界的关注,许多著名的企业都把提升企业核心能力作为企业发展战略的主要目标.
本文首先通过对企业核心能力理论的历史进行溯源.然后从六个方面对企业核心能力与企业发展关系进行阐述,进一步了解核心能力在企业发展中的作用,重视企业核心能力的积聚,全面提高企业经济效益,寻求持久的竞争优势.最后指出了提升企业核心竞争能力与企业发展密切相关,核心竞争能力是企业发展的决定性因素.
