这里的one 说的不是系统,说的是人,下边紧接whether ..or..

有作者的感情在里面,你那个翻译硬邦邦的.

我觉得而他说的意思是,因为是非常新的技术,
知识领域也划分的也不是那么清楚.是不是
给技术的下定义什么的困难?
