I like reading,THE SECRET GARDEN is one of my favourite books. When I finish reading this book,I was moved to tears. The short story tells the contect between human and green.
Marry Lennox is the most important person in the story. Before she lives with her uncle,she is an unpopular girl---she is ugly an she has a bad temper. One day,her parents die,she has to move to Yorkshire,England to live with her uncle. Uncle’s wife has been dead for ten years. Aunt died in a small garden. So uncle is very sad. He closes the door of the small garden and throws away the key. At a time,Marry picks up the key and opens the door of the secret garden with Dickon--- a poor boy. Then they help Colin--- the son of Marry’s uncle to pick up his faith again. At the end of the story,Colin walks home with his dad happily, and Marry has been changed--- she isn’t still an unpopular girl.
The most important thing in the story is with the help of Marry and Dickon, Colin belives himself again. When Marry sees him once, he looks tired and cross, with a thin, white, tearful face. But now, he is a sunny boy.
This book makes me think about what friendship really means? Dickon tries his best to make Marry change, and Marry also tries her best to make Colin change. Now I know, friendship is to help each other.
They three are just like one family, in harmony cheerful life of three people. I also admire Mary very much , because she has given Colin courage , happiness and confidence . Having read this story ,I understood that carrying through firmly is victory no matter what we do.So we must work hard for our dream.
To tell you the truth, "secret garden" is a good book, no wonder the JK Rowling said: Reading the "secret garden" feeling pretty good.
THE SECRET GARDEN is a good book, it shows our attitudes and haw to deside our lives. Life can be serious, or be luckily, the critical fact lies in the fact that is what you think it is.
How much heart,haw much stage. If you belive yourself, the life will be very nice.
This seceret garden is also a magic mirrow, refracts everyone’s fate. Find the buried key, to open the enclosed garden, make it recover, make it grow. This is every life’s desire, it’s life’s truth, too.
Adults always ignore happiness, even disregard happiness. Childhood has gone forever, we should cherish it.
Blocking happiness won’t bring quiet, it just can make you decadent, and finish your life with pain and sad.
Cherish your life, and try your best to make it full of happiness! That’s what the book has told me.
