the flood happened because of the typhoon Morak ,and it broke the records of raining and the level of it ,it led to the danger of flood in above area
This was the biggest threat since 1985 in Taiwan ,more than 500 people were lost their lives

From 6/8 to 10/8,a serious flooding happened in Southeast and Middle South Taiwan.It was because typhoon 莫拉克(不知道它的英文名字是什么...去查查就有了)attacked Taiwan where the precipitation record was broken by the typhoon.Therefore the flooding and mud-rock flow happened in the aforementioned regions.It is the most serious flooding in Taiwan since the 7/8,1958 flooding.It is estimated that the number of people died in the flooding is more than 500.I dedicate my wishes to the affected people from the bottom of my heart
