21.1 This Supply Contract,its Appendices(附属),drawings as well as other documents concerning to this Contract are made in English in 2 originals of equal validity,1 of which for the Seller and 1 for the Buyer.
21.2 Any alterations and amendments to this Contract must be agreed by the two parties made in writing and signed by the authorized persons of both parties.
21.3 This Supply Contract,its Appendices,drawings as well as other documents concerning to this Contract replaces all previous correspondence and documentation exchanged between the parties.
21.4 Design and Technical Documentation prepared by the Seller shall be submitted in ten originals in English and/or Chinese.1 (one) reproducible copy shall be supplied of drawings in A3 size.
21.5 All correspondence,information and documentation shall be submitted in English.
21.6 Weights and measures shall be in metric units.
ARTICLE 22 EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE CONTRACT
22.1 This Supply Contract comes into effect from the date when all of the following conditions have been fulfilled:
22.1.1 Format of L/C shall be approved by the authoritative persons of both parties.
22.1.2 Down payment received by the Seller from the Buyer as stipulated in Clause 4.2.
22.1.3 Approval of the Contract by the authoritative persons of both parties.
22.2 When all of the above conditions have been fulfilled the Buyer and the Seller shall confirm the occurrence of the Effective Date of Contract by both signing a notice stating the effective date.
ARTICLE 23 NOTICES
23.1 All notices,requests,demands or other communications between the respective parties hereto shall be deemed to be duly given or made when delivered in writing to the relevant party at the following addresses:
