金融海啸过后东莞经济逐步恢复,企业对人才的需求量日益增加,可这时候却遇上 “民工荒”.解决人才缺失问题成为现今中小企业首要解决的问题,员工招聘成为企业解决民工荒的关键之处.但是目前关于招聘的研究中,针对中小企业的还不多见.这次通过亲身实践与访谈法了解东莞某一中小企业的典型案例的招聘情况,希望通过整理与分析找出该案例在招聘中存在的问题,提出针对性的对策,解决其招聘存在的问题.

After the financial crisis,Dongguan's ecomomy has recovered gradually,more and more talents are needed by the enterprises,however,these enterprises are caught in the shortage of the civilian workers.So solving the shortage of talents has become the primary problem for the current small and medium-sized enterprises,of which the essential thing is to hire staffs.However,currently,the research about the hire in connection with the small and medium-sized enterprise is seldom.This time,by the personal practice and the interviewing method,I get to know the recruitment status from a typical case of certain enterprise,hoping find our this case's problems exist in the recruitment by arranging and analyzing,and put forward some targeted countermeasures,solving the problems exist in the recruitment.
