M与L准备好了他们的计划,并准备在D留在自家的晚上杀害D.但是当晚M却犹豫了,他仅有的良知让他不忍心下手.他回想起D的好,也越来越害怕.不过L态度坚决,为了自己的贪婪,决心杀掉D.当M终于舍弃了心中仅存的良知,他与妻子在自己家里杀了D,并把罪名托给侍卫和D的两个儿子.D的儿子发现难逃栽赃,只能逃往外国.M装作生气借机将侍卫灭口.在完成这一切后,顺利的当上了国王.
他们以为他们的计划天衣无缝,但是B还是发现了蛛丝马迹,因为除了M,他也知道当初的预言.B开始怀疑是M杀了D,并嫁祸于D的儿子.与此同时,M也在担心着B,他也觉出B对他的怀疑.而预言已经实现了一半,他真的当上了国王,这让他对预言坚信不疑.他担心真的按预言所说,自己的王位将被B的子孙继承.这让他不得不有所行动了,他偷偷的请来了杀手去刺杀B和F.没有告诉任何人,包括L.
这时的他已经不相信任何人,并且体会到了至高无上的权利.
M向L隐瞒了刺杀B的事情,不仅表现了他已经对L不信任了.更多的则是M内心的转变.他从一开始的侥幸心理,已经一步步陷入深泽.而他对他绝对权利的追求也已经接近疯狂.这也为他后来的失败埋下伏笔.

M and L had made their plan ready.They were going to kill d when d was at home.But M hesitated that night.His last conscience made him have no heart to do that.He thought of the advantages of D,and felt frighteneder and frighteneder.However,L took a tough stand.Because of his greed,She decided to kill D.When M dropped the last conscience in his heart,he killed D at home with his wife.They framed up the crime on the bodyguard and tow sons of d.When D's sons found they couldn't escape from that,they had to went abroad.M pretended to be angry and take this chance to kill the bodyguard.After all of those things,he became the king successfully.
They thought their plan were perfect.But B found some clues.Because he knew the prediction in spite of M.B started to doubt that m killed d,and he framed up the crime to D's sons.In the same time,M was worried about B.He found that B was suspicious of him.A half of the prediction that he became a king had became true,which made him faithfully believed the prediction.He was frightened that his crown would be taken by B's son,as the prediction had suggested.This made him have to take some actions.He invited a killer to kill B and f secretly.And he didn't told anyone,including L.Because he didn't believe anybody,and he felt the superior power.
M hid the truth that he was to kill B from L.This not only showed that he didn't believe L any more,but also suggested that his heart had changed.He had fallen much deeper from fluke mind.And he was crazy about power.This indicated his failure in the end.
