本文正是从实证角度入手,对煤炭企业上市公司的经济效益状况从个别到整体进行研究.首先,本文以15家煤炭企业上市公司的财务报表为基础,通过2003到2005年度三年的财务指标的计算,对其财务状况进行单项分析,研究煤炭企业上市公司的财务状况及经营成果.其次,运用综合评分法,为各煤炭企业上市公司的综合财务状况评分,从而对整个煤炭行业上市公司的经济效益做出综合评价.最后,针对之前所做评价,发掘煤炭企业上市公司存在的问题,进行研究,找出解决的对策,提高其经济效益.
