I hope i can control my diet so that i can lose my weight,not only for the beauiful dresses ,but also for my health,fat bring more disease ,i must get some exerctise ,but recently i did not do nothing ,it's not good from today now,i must do more,but how about the time i need spending the time prepare for exam.

I hope I can control my diet so that I can lose some weight,not only so that I get to wear those beautiful slim dresses,but also for my health as fat brings more diseases.I must get some exercises and recently I have already got it started.I did try my best,however the situation has become a bit harder for me to handle from now on.I know I must even try harder,but I don't have much time for intensive exercises since I need to spend some of my time on exam preparation as well.
