本课题以京南同创房地产公司的客户为研究对象,通过实地调研和参考相关文献对公司进行分析,从而了解公司客户关系管理现状及存在问题,思考如何将客户关系管理与此公司的实际情况相结合,提升客户忠诚度.通过研究可以看出公司在客户关系管理中存在不重视客户服务、组织部门不完善、没有专门的客户关系管理系统、信息化程度落后等问题.建议京南同创公司加强公司的客户关系管理理念、完善公司的规章制度、建立完善的组织部门、引入客户关系管理软件等完善企业管理,提升客户服务质量,增强企业的竞争力.

Taking the clients as the study object which is of the Jing Nan Tong Chuang real estate company,through field research and reference to relavant documents,this issue made a insight into the company , got to know the status and problems of the its client relationship management and considered how to combine the relation management with its factual situation in order to boost the loyalty of the clients.The problems could be seen by study in the management of client relationship,such as negligence on the cilent service,incomplete organization,no specialized customer relation management system,being outdated in informationization and so on.For enhancing the quality of cilent serve and augment the company's competitiveness,It is suggested for the company that improve its adminstration by means of strengthening the conception of client relation management ,establishing a impeccable organization,introducing client relationship management software.
