不过我认为,institution应该是负数,否则,可数名词前应该有贯词修饰才对.那么定语从句中的谓语应该一致,has须为have.这样在整体句意上理解也更为通顺,sharehoders用复数,本就是泛泛而论的投资方,那么你要介绍的也不是某一家,也是泛泛地去拓展相关渠道,这也符合一般的沟通程序,并不是介绍一家一定能够确信最终就能达成目标,而一定先是多方接洽,进而深入,筛选,最后达成目标.
因此,全句应该改为:
