1. doing
need作为行为动词有两种用法need to do sth./ need doing sth.区别在于主语和谓语之间,一个是主动关系,一个是被动关系.
本句中,jobs是要被人do,所以job和do之间是被动关系,所以要用need doing.
2. answering
有两种解释的方法,简单的一个是,你要记住介词后面的动词永远都是动名词.因为介词后面必须是名词,动名词也是名词.另一种解释就是,熟记动词的使用方法,get tried of doing sth 尝试做某事.
3. stealing
理由同上.be accused of doing 被指控作了某事
doing,因为情态动词后动词的ING形式表被动
answering,因为介词后只跟名词或动名词
stealing,因为介词后只跟名词或动名词
还有在一些情况下，动词不定式可以表目的，而动名词不行

need doing=need to be done 需要被做
I got tired of_answering__so many questions.(answer)
of是介词，介词后面用动词ing形式，然后主语I和answer是主动关系，用主动形式就可以了。
