在全球追求节能减排低碳的大背景下,电梯使用安装数量的急剧增长以及电梯总能耗的大大增加引起了社会相关部门的密切关注.我国已将电梯列入三大高耗能特种设备之一,为了在电梯行业开展节能审查和监管工作,必须建立起行业统一的电梯能效评价指标和检测方法,才能进一步为用户选择节能电梯、政府进行电梯能耗的审查和监管提供技术支撑.本课题就是围绕这个目标开展工作的,主要进行以下几个方面的工作:
首先,建立永磁同步电机驱动的曳引电梯的运行能耗模型.把电梯曳引系统的动力学模型和永磁同步电机的模型相结合,建立机电耦合的能耗模型.模型可以仿真出任意工况下的运行功率和总能耗.通过曳引电梯的运行能耗模型,对曳引电梯的能耗特性进行分析.
其次,介绍了曳引电梯、液压电梯和自动扶梯能耗的测量方法,包括测量仪器的选用、安装和调试,测量工况的设置以及具体的测量步骤,分别给出了测量实例,由测量结果分析了各种电梯自身的能耗特点.
同时,通过测量和能耗仿真模型得到的数据,分别分析了平衡系数、能量回馈装置、额定速度和额定载重量等几个因素对曳引电梯能耗的影响.
最后,从德国标准VDI4707出发,提出了标准中不适合中国国情的部分并作了改进.在调查了大量电梯的使用情况的基础上,划分了电梯的使用类型.并提出了电梯能效评价模型.

In pursuit of global energy saving and emission reduction low carbon in the backdrop, elevator installation quantity of sharp growth and the chief elevator energy consumption greatly increase caused social related department to close attention. Our country has included three gas-guzzling will lift one of special equipment, in order to in elevator industry developing energy-saving examination and supervision work, must establish industry unified elevator efficiency evaluation index and detection method, so as to further for the user to select energy-saving elevator, government examination and supervision of elevator energy consumption to provide technical support. This topic is around this goal to work, mainly for the following areas:
First, establish permanent magnet synchronous motor drive traction elevator operation consumption model. The elevator tractive system dynamic model and permanent magnet synchronous motor model is established by combining the electromechanical coupling of energy consumption model. Model can emulation produce any conditions of power and total energy consumption operation. Through the traction elevator operation consumption model for traction elevator energy consumption characteristics are analyzed.
Secondly, this paper introduces the traction elevator, hydraulic elevator and escalator energy measurement methods, including measuring instrument selection, installation and commissioning, measurement condition of setting and specific measure steps, are given respectively by measuring examples, measurement results analyzes various elevator own energy consumption characteristics.
Meanwhile, through the measurement and energy consumption simulation model data obtained respectively, and analyzes the balance coefficient, energy feedback device, rated speed and rated load and so on several factors on traction elevator effect of energy consumption.
Finally, from Germany standard VDI4707 is put forward based on standard not suitable for China's national conditions section agk. In survey a lot of elevator usage basis, divides the elevator kinds of use. And put forward the elevator efficiency evaluation model.
