总有机碳(TOC)是以碳的含量表示水体中有机物质总量的综合指标,反映了水体中有机物的污染程度.(1)本文使用岛津TOC—V wp总有机碳分析仪,采用紫外线加过硫酸氧化法测定TOC,使用差减法计算结果,即统称的NDIR湿法氧化法测定TOC.该仪器检测限低(0.005mg/L)、测定精密度高、稳定性好,应用于源水、生活水中总有机碳的测定,得到较好的结果.
