今天我又再次向老板汇报了面料的质量问题,他已经同意按照你的要求进行补单,共计四个颜色1200码.但是你能保证这次补单后客人会因为其它原因要求再次补单吗?如果还要求再次补单,请原谅我们不会再配合了.你知道做小缸是需要花费很大的,希望你能一次性协调好.
另外对于你失望的情况是原因是这样的,在春节前我已经跟你讲过了由于临近放假,所有工厂已经歇业了,所以没有时间来进行补单,只好在中国春节后再安排补单.我们是前天刚刚上班,染厂也是这一两天陆陆续续开始生产了,但是你也知道,由于很长时间染厂停止生产导致染缸里有铁锈迹,所以如果急匆匆的安排生产会损害布料的质量.我们已经紧急联系了工厂,并且坯布也准备好了,只要设备正常我们就可以安排补单.在去年我已经计划好了这一切,请你务必相信我.
我们大概需要10天的时间来完成这4个颜色的生产,如果确实时间紧急的话我只好寄快件到你客人那了,尽管这确实是一比很大的费用.请给我客人的地址以及联络方式.

Today i have reported the shell fabric problem to my boss and he agreed that according to your requirement to supply the relay of order,4 colurs 1200 size.and we wonder after this order will the customer require the order again? If it is,then we are very sorry that we should stop this bussinss.You konw ,the cost of the jar is very high,iwe hope you can concert it finally.
And we are very disappointed because we told you that before the few days of the new year's day most of the factoy were stop working,then we can not continue your order,we have to finfish your order after the new year's day .We have begun working for a few days,and the other factory are start working the same time as our factory.And you know,because they have stopped the work for a long time,their instrument have rusted,If we arrange to produce the shell fabric during the bad instrument,the shell fabric would not be good.so we connect the factory,and we have prepared the cloth ,now we just need the instrument to be good,then we can arrange the order.We planed all of this last year,so please trust us.
We need to produce this 4 colurs about 10 days,if you need this order very hurry,We have to send to your customer by express delivery,though it will cost me too much.Please give me the contacts of your customer.
