本文着眼于实证研究和理论分析的结合,借鉴相关学者的地名研究,首先对地名初步了解,最佳使用条件、主要优势、文化学的解读等多方面,进行了详细的对比研究.地名是历史的产物、地理的反映,是一种文化现象.它不仅记录地物的方位,而且记录地理的变迁.民族迁徙是频繁的,迁徙的途径也是复杂的.这种迁徙,在天山南北的广大地域留下了深深的人种、民族、语言变异的痕迹.
本文以新疆伊宁地区为例,深入探讨伊宁地名的特色,以及深刻地了解各民族的历史文化,笔者认为通过地名地域的了解,认识到历史政治文化与历史经济文化,加快旅游事业的发展.提高了人们对历史人名甚至风俗心理和地方特产的了解,并且促进了各民族语言文化的相互融合.

With a view to combining demonstration study with theoretic analysis,this paper,using correlative scholar’s toponymy for reference,carries out a particular comparative study at first about the respects of unscrambling preliminary apprehension of place names,the best service conditions,main preponderance and civilization theory.A placename is a kind of historical offspring and geographical reflection; it is a type of cultural phenomenon.It keeps a record not only of man-made surface features of a region,but also of geography changes.Nationalities’ migrating is frequent and so is their moving track.Such a migration leaves over deep variation traces of ethnic groups,nationalities and languages.
Taking Yining district as an example,the paper probes into its distinguishing name feature and finds out historical culture profoundly.The penman believes that we can take cognizance of historical politics culture and historical economical culture and quicken the development of tourist business through acquainting ourselves with place names and regions,and that we can also advance the realization to historical figures even to custom mentality and special local products.

This article emphasises on combining experimental demonstration with theory analysis. We also referred to some toponymy researches put forwarded by some scholars. We first have a tough idea of toponymy about the best conditions of usage, major advantages, culture studying and etc.. A detailed comparative study has also been made. Toponym is not only historical products and geographical reflection but also a kind of cultural phenomenon. It can record both geographic orientation and geographic flux. Migration of peoples is frequent and its patterns are complex. Because of migration, traces of race, peoples and language variation have been remained in extensive regions of north and south of the Tianshan Mountains.
This article exemplifies Yi Ning District, Xin Jiang Autonomous Region. It makes a further discussion about features, historic cultural of ethnic minorities. The author has realized political culture and economical culture in history, and development of accelerating tourism through acquaintance of regions and geographical names, which has a great effect on improving not only acquaintance of historic celebrities, or even custom psychology and local speciality, but also language culture of various ethnic groups integrated mutually.
