炸酱面
材料:
牛肉 100g 面条 适量 土豆 50g 胡萝卜 50g 干香菇 8朵 色拉油 一大勺 葱 适量 姜 适量 料酒 一大勺 淀粉 一大勺 豆瓣酱 四大勺
1、干香菇用温水泡发后,切成小丁.
2、里脊肉肉切成大一点的丁放入葱姜末、淀粉、料酒腌制15分种.
3、将土豆、胡萝卜切成丁.
4、锅热后放入食用油,先把肉滑入锅中翻炒泛白后放入蔬菜丁大火继续翻炒三、四分钟.然后调入四大勺葱伴侣豆瓣酱翻炒倒入泡香菇的水稍微炖五分钟后即可出锅啦.
