On February 28th,I ordered a package from the company,but yet until now I have not received anything.In between this period,I have written 3 letters to the company.The first reply you gave back made me wait until March 28th,and the second reply you gave told me to keep waiting.Now it is already april 6th,and just before now the package was at the customs for 30 days and now it shows that it has been sent back to England.This package was meant to be given to someone else at april 8th,but now it seems that it cannot arrive on time anymore.Hence now I want the money that I have payed back,because I don't need it anymore if it cannot come on time.Please do not make me wait any further,I do not have any time for this anymore,so I want my money back.Thank you.

During this period I have written3letters to your first letter you let me wait until March 28th second to let me wait has now been wrapped in April 6th during the customs to stay for 30 days now and was sent back to England by the parcel I was April 8th before given I think before April 8th there was no way to get now I want to refund because parcel April 8th not lost the meaning so I want my money back.

I had a package on Feb.28th,and I have not received until now .What is more ,when I checked the EMS,it showed that the package had been sended to the England .During the time ,i had sended 3letters to you ,the first one you let me wait to Mar.28th ,so did the second one .Now it is Apr.6,I know the package will stay 30days at the costomer.While I bought the package for my friend on Apr.8,I think it is impossible.The package is unmeaningful for me ,I want you return my money,thank you .

Hello，customer service for ASOS.
On Februrary 28th,I ordered a package which I haven't received up to now.I checked the express record showing that the package has been sent back to England.I have written 3 letters to you during the period.You told me to wait till March 28th in your reply to the first letter and continue to wait in your second response.It's April 6th now.My package stayed at the customs for 30 days during the period,while being senting back to England now according to the record.The package was supposed to be sent as a gift on April 8th.I don't think I can get it before April 8th.Now I want to ask for a refund because the package is meaningless if it can't be received before April 8th.Don't keep me waiting any more please.I don't have time for that,thus I want get back my money.Thank you
