首先我根据暑假的实习经历了解到现在房地产中介销售人员流失状况严重,故对这方面渐渐有了兴趣,由于工作的关系,我在实习时可以有大量的时间观察、了解.随后我查阅了大量的相关文献,然后以国内外文献与理论为基础,通过对某房地产中介的实际调研,以调查问卷所得的数据为主要依据,先用描述性统计分析作整体概括,运用Eviews和Execl软件对获得的相关数据进行分析,得出该公司销售人员流失的主要原因,并结合数据对该原因进行分析,然后对此状况提出解决方案.最后得出论文的结论并说明其中的不足之处.

First of all,following my work experiences in the summer Internship program,I have noticed that the turnover rate of sales representative in the real estate agency is alarmingly high.This phenomenon has drawn my attention and as I have oppoturnities to observe and study in the internship,I have become more and more interested in it.Therefore,a variety of related publications has been studied,based on the theories in many of the domestic and foreign papers and first line researches in the real estate agency,data was collected with questionnaires and summarized using descriptive statistics.The data was then analyzed using software including Eviews and Excel to account for the primary causes of the high turnover rate for the sales representative in the real estate agency,and after carefully studying these causes,the solutions to this phenomenon were proposed.In the end,the conclusion of the article was made and limitations were also illustrated.
