近几年,云南省在农村中小学音乐教育的发展上下了很大的功夫,可是,同一些经济发达、教育发展较快的地区相比仍存在很大的差距.大关县位于云南省东北部,是云南省贫困县,学校的教育教学还处在一种停滞落后的状态,经济落后,交通不发达,信息闭塞,是导致贫困地区教育落后的重要因素.而音乐教育教学领导重视程度更差,师资观念落后,音乐教育新课程无法得到有效的贯彻和执行.
面对大关县农村中小学音乐教育的现状,我们必须认真对待,本论文通过对云南省昭通地区大关县乡镇中学音乐教育现状的调查与分析,以此为例,客观地反应出当前云南省贫困地区音乐教育的整体水平,针对这些贫困地区的音乐现状,笔者试图发现和挖掘出一些切实可行的发展对策,促进农村音乐教育质量的提高,力求农村基础音乐教育逐步得到全社会的重视,力求农村音乐教育可以得到健康全面的发展.

Abstract:
Recently years, Yunnan province have made great efforts on the development of music education of country elementary and secondary school, but still have a major gap with some developed and rapid development of education area.
Daguan town is located in the northeast of Yunnan province, is one of the poverty-stricken towns, the status of education is still on a condition of stationary and unenlightened, backwardness of economic, underdevelopment of transportation, blocking of information, are the important factors of leading the fall behind of education of this poverty-stricken area.
And the attention to music education paid by leaders is even worse, backwardness of teacher’s conception, new course of music education can’t be performed and implemented effectively.
According to the current status of music education of country elementary and secondary school, we must pay more attention on it, this article have investigated and analyzed current status of township middle school of Daguan town Zhaotong District Yunnan province, reflect objectively the integrity level of music education of poverty-stricken area of Yunnan province, aim at the current status of music education of this poverty-stricken area, the author tried to find and dig out some development action feasible, promote the quality improvement of music education of countries. Expect the fundamental music education of countries can be paid more attention to step by step, expect the music education of countries can deserve a healthy and all-sided development.
