I have paid deposit on Aug 30th,and you confirmed that you'd deal with my defer offer.I am concerned whether it's done yet.I tried to log onto UCAS,but it only indicated "invalid login details".
Also,if you have accepted and completed my application,would you please mail me the conditonal offer for 2013?Please let me know what I should get prepared before school starting in 2013.Thanks!

I have made a deposit on Aug 30. You mentioned that you would process my defer offer. I just wonder whether it was done. I wanted to logon to UCAS's website but it was denied with an error message of "Invalid login details".
If the processing of my application has been completed, I would appreciate very much if you could send me the conditional offer at your earliest convenience. Please kindly let me know if there is something I should do to better prepared myself for the new school term starting 2013. Thank you very much for your kind attention and assistance.
