Everyone wants to keep fit.Here is a list of many helpful tips and strategies to keep fit and healthy.
1.Sort out your diet.It is one of the most important components of a fit lifestyle.Many people ignore it,but if you exercise and eat lots of junk food you will not get any fitter.You should have a balanced diet.Eat salads,vegetables,fruit and lots of chicken,which are high in protein.
2.Exercise.It is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle.Exercise keeps your blood flowing which keeps your heart beating.
3.Drink a lot of water.The human body is made of over 80% water,and you need to keep replenishing it.You should drink at least 1 litre of water a day.
