Note:The graphic below represents physical pallet locations.In
this example,pallet #111 is at location 1,on the machine.Pallet
#222 is at location 2,on the Pallet Changer.Location 3 always
identifies the vacant location.In this example,location 3 is at Load
Station 1 on the Pallet Changer.The machine will be represented
by location 3 if both pallets occupy the Pallet Changer locations.
Caution
Setting the pallet location to
zero,or swapping pallet
location numbers with the
other pallet will create data
incompatability resulting in a
system alert.
If necessary,use the Tab keys
to select the location occupied
by a pallet.Then touch the
pallet button (ie:#111 or #222)
which occupies the location.
Repeat the procedure for the
second pallet.
If you select apallet locationalready definedby theother pallet,the
Pallet Data Exchange Options menu is displayed.This menu is
adopted by multi--pallet system installations and is unsuited to this
twin pallet application.See CAUTION.
The pallet records indicate a pallet already
in location 1 (ID #111).What is the actual
location of this pallet
Not available to the Machine.
Set the Location to 0
Location numbers are swapped.
Set ID #111 to Location @2.
Press the CANCEL button and define the location number to the
pallet position as described above.

With View Pallets active proceed as follows to redefine the pallet
machining sequence:
Note:If a pallet icon is not displayed,it is not physically present
(page icon shown).To enable a pallet icon,touch to activate 'Pallet
Present' for the chosen pallet via the Edit facility of the View Pallet
menu.
Assume the following pallet order.You would like to make pallet
#222 first in machining order.
Use these buttons to select
1st,ie:
222
The machining order has now changed.Notice that pallet #111 is
now 2nd in the machining process.
