Purpose
This report will look at two famous car manufacturing companies and evaluate the environmental information provided on their websites.
1.3 Criteria
The criteria used in this report are based on those proposed by two famous factory,including Volvo and Toyota.These are:

\x05When are their latest GRI report?
\x05What the famous things they have done?

建议修改为：

第二句,你把product life cycle - 'PLC' 这个固定词组拆开,能否这样我不确定,不建议拆开.
不拆开,句子还简单一点.建议considerable去掉.除非你明确要表示这个讨论影响深远、程度巨大.

background部分基本OK
只是最后的...companies has(?) attracted attention and make some environment policy.不太理解你的意思.汽车制造商吸引到许多注意,并制定了环境政策.这不是并列的关系,用and有点怪.如果是因为被注意到,才制定政策的.那至少应该是递进关系了.

With the increasement of the cars,the releasement of carbon dioxides get grow accordingly,what have a unignoralbe impact on the severe problem of global warming.It's now very urgent for the car manufactures to aware the importance of taking some policies.

Purpose
This report is written on the basis of the information got from two famous car manufactures' websites.

其实你这一篇文章的层次还是比较分明的。但是论据不足，我是依据你的意思来进行修改的，但是你最后的PURPOSE 和CERTERIA ，下面给出的论据与这两个中心意思没有太大关系。这个如果是比较重要的话，我建议你还是重新整理一下思路。
