设速率为X x与A平方成正比,与B成反比那么
X=K（A平方/b) K为设的系数,可以不管.
B变成2B了,A如何变,速率才不变,那么有了下列等式
X1=K（A平方/B) X2=K(新的A的平方/2b)
速率不变,那么X1=X2,解得新的A的平方2倍A平方.
那么新的A=根号2倍的A
根号2=1.4,所以新的A=1.4A
那么就是增加40%
