　　※Administrative是形容词,用名词短语 administration staff 为妥.
2、My major job is assisting therecruiting work of HR,including but not limited to employee registration,resignation,filing management,training scheduling,etc.
　　※assist 指协助某人做某事,应该用 assistingHR to recruit（协助人力资源部招工）
　　※including部分去掉前面的逗号改为besides taking charge of employees’ signing-in and resignation,filemanagement,training scheduling,etc（除了负责员工签到和辞职、文件管理、培训日程安排等工作外）
3、I am also in charge of thesupporting function including procuring and distributing stationery,printingname cards,order water,copying,posting,etc.
