做状语的情况例如，He is from China .将from China去掉句子完整性就受到影响了。但是像这种情况I will meet you in my home at 10：00 .就属于状语了，因为是表示时间和地点的，属于时间状语和地点状语。
所以你要从两方面看，一是意思，而是成分的完整性。补语无论什么时候都可以去掉而不影响句子的完整性只是影响意思的表达，而状语有时候就不能去掉。自己多理解吧
