=(1/2)sin2x+cos2x+2
=(√5/2)sin(2x+p)+2
最大值是2+√5/2,最小值是2-√5/2.

y=sin^2x+sinxcosx+3cos^2x
=1+sin2x+2cos²x
=1+sin2x+1+cos2x
=sin2x+cos2x+2
=√2sin(2x+45°)+2
