After having visited the CPE,I learn so many things about how to be a professional educator.Especially after the interview with the daycare people,I realize that it’sreally important for an educator to have many qualities.For examples,being aneducator,we have to respect all the different values and cultures of children,no matter who they are and we should understand their backgrounds and should not discriminate them; we should treat everyone equally for they all have the right to learn.Also we have to be patient with them,we cannot force them to do anything they don’t want to do,and we have to take time to teach them slowly.To be a professional educator,the ability to organize is a very important element,because you have to organize children needs and see what their differences and reactions are.For example,if you find that a child’s face is red which is abnormally different from others,you should realize that the child may have a fever or infection; and you immediately know how to deal with it.
I understand that it’s not very easy to be a professional educator,because you have to pay a lot of attention and focus on the children,spend plenty of time to play with them and teach them.Moreover,you have to be careful while the children are under your care; if anything happens to any of them,the parent may blame you for it.I believe that is the most stressful thing for the educator.I know there are still too many things to be learnt,for example,the proper approach of dealing with children who are handicapped or having other problems.I will keep on learning to be a real professional educator and getting to understand more about children.
If there are more learning opportunities coming my way,I would like to know more about how other educators handle the children,how they deal with difficult issues about children and how they solve the problems.I understand that this daycare center that I had visited is different from others and I am curious about it.So if I have the chance to visit this daycare again,I would like to find out how it operates.I really hope that my wish will come true.

After visiting the CPE, I learned so many things about how to be a professional educator. Especially after the interview with the daycare, Irealized that there are many qualities that a successful educator needs. For examples, being an educator, we need tobe respectful to children despite their backgrounds. Also, we have to understand each child’sbackground. Moreover, an educator shouldnever discriminate the learner because everyone is equal and have the right tolearn. Nevertheless, we have to be patient to the children, we cannot forcethem to do anything they don’t want to do and we should teach each childaccording to his or her personal abilities. Another important quality I learnedis organization. As a professionaleducator, organization is a very important element. Organization is critical tobeing a professional educator because you have to organize each child’s needs,pay attention to their difference and reactions. For example, if one of the children’s face isred and looks different from the norm, you will realize that this child mayhave gotten a fever or infection. Therefor you can immediately make the right treatment for them. And of course, you need to know how to dealwith that.
I realized it is very difficult to be a professional educator because youhave to pay close attention to the children, focus on them, spend most timewith children playing and teaching them. And you have to be careful when you take care of them, if any of thechildren gets any problems or issues, then the educator is responsible forthese problems or issues. I believe ifany problem or issue happens to a child, it will be the most stressful thingfor the educator. I know there are still too many things that I need tolearn. Such as: how to deal with the childrenwho have disabilities or other problems, etc. I will keep in mind to learn more about how to be a real professionaleducator, and be more careful about children.
If I get more chance to learn, I would like to know more about how theseeducators treat children, what their solutions are when some children getproblems. Also, if I have more chance tovisit this daycare, I would like to see how does this daycare work because I knowthey may have some difference than the other daycares, I’m so curious about it.I hope I will get the chance go to visit this daycare again.

After visiting the CPE, I learnt so many things about how to be a professional educator. Especially after the interview with the daycare, I realized that many qualities are
really important to be an educator, for example, being an educator, we
have to respect children. No matter what they are, we have to understand children's backgrounds, we cannot discriminate them. Eeryone is equal, they have right to learn. Also we have to be patient to them, we cannot force them to do anything they don’t want,
and we have to take our times to teach them slowly. To be a professional educator,
organization is an very important element, because you have to organize children
