Let’s we talk about children and old people firstly. Recently, whether oldsters and children’ witnesses are accurate or false is a hotspot. Ceci and Maggie Bruck’s experiments showed that children’ memory are easy be mold. So the children witnesses might be misled by someone with evil purposes. In the other part children are very is being misled on questionnaires. Then many toddlers tend to answer “yes” in true-false questions. But children’s witness is impossible to abolish at all. In order to keep the accurate of envidences, most cases receive children’s evidence carefully, while choose more multi-choose items and easy-understand words to ask to children. Old victims also have been suspected. Some scientists support that most old witnesses’s lack of good memory, and they may hard to find some details in cases. The most important thing in a case is details. But another scientists thinks that old witness own more experiments than younger people, they have their judgment. In my opinion, we should not give up old victims unless they too old to thinking. Old victims will be constructive on detecting.
